By using RankStay (“we”, “the site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What RankStay is

RankStay is an advertising directory. Hotels and booking platforms across India pay to appear higher on ranked boards. Rankings are paid placement, not reviews, ratings, endorsements or recommendations. We do not inspect or guarantee any listed property.

2. Using the site

• You may browse the site freely. You must not scrape it at a rate that harms the service, or try to inflate or manipulate click counts.
• You are responsible for checking a property's price, availability, policies and safety before you book or pay.
• Bookings are made directly with the hotel or platform. We are not a party to them and take no payment for stays.

3. Listings and rankings

• Rank is the total amount paid on a board, with ties broken by the earlier last payment. The full rules are on the How ranking works page.
• Listing owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, photos and offers, and must have the right to use them.
• We may edit, reject or remove any listing, photo or offer, or suspend a listing, that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or infringing.
• Paid placement gives no guarantee of bookings, enquiries or revenue.

4. Links and offers

Outbound links are sponsored. Offer codes are set by the hotel; we do not control whether a hotel honours them.

5. Intellectual property

The RankStay name, design and code belong to us. Listing content belongs to its owners, who grant us a licence to display it on the site.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with a listed hotel or platform, or for the site being unavailable, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the update.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
